Our profession is greatly reliant on perfect manpower. For the past number of years, the main objective of our Human Resources Division has been to provide sufficient manpower to support the strong development of our organization.

We prefer to introduce in our group young graduates with little or no experience by the most popular method of starting a career within Needle Craft Group is “with the Career Path”.

Nevertheless, we have several opportunities for experienced and qualified personnel, to manage job responsibilities in our several divisions. For them, as well as for our other employees, we developed a training policy which promotes opportunities for advancements and initially, a practical orientation program is provided in order to familiarize the trainees with all aspects of our activities. It is therefore imperative for the trainee to be able to relocate in any division.
